What is The Mindful Body?
The Mindful Body is dedicated to giving private and small group training through Pilates and other body/mind exercise to alleviate the symptons of our fast-paced lifestyle. This exercise method is also ideal for dancers and athletes; restoring balance to the body as well as fine-tuning large and small muscle coordination.
What is STOTT PILATES®?
With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning and body awareness, STOTT PILATES exercise is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints.
