Types of Classes
Pilates
Private Sessions
A 55 minute session with a certified Pilates professional. Individual needs are considered and met. The workout can consist of any combination of mat or specialized Pilates equipment.
Duet Sessions
A 55 minute workout shared with one other person.
Group Reformer Sessions
A 55 minute workout on an individual reformer with 3 or 4 people per session.
Group Mat Sessions
A 55 minute mat-based workout incorporating small pieces of equipment with 4 to 10 people per session.
Variety
This class consists of a variety of exercises including mat, reformer, jumpboard and light resistance training for a total body workout. Get ready to sweat!!!
Intro Package
Four private 55 - minute sessions for $130.00. One who is inexperienced in Pilates must do this package before joining an ongoing group.
Pilates for Dancers
Pilates classes geared to the work and understanding of ballet technique. It strengthens and stretches while focusing on good posture and the mechanics of "turn-out", weight transfer and breathing. A must class for young dancers.
Yogilates
A 55 - minute session incorporating Yoga asanas to the Pilates mat class.
Yoga
Argentine Tango
A beautiful and sensual art form which is captivating and challenging. Learning tango teaches mindfulness and sensitivity to one's partner and to the music.
